How to make it

  • Heat broiler
  • In skillet melt butter and add garlic and onion. Cook until translucent over medium heat, add chicken and continue cooking until all pink is gone, uncovered. Add in wine and parsley and cook five minutes covered. sprinkle the top of chicken with bread crumbs and place under the broiler until golden brown. Server over rice with a vegetable on the side.

    I keep forgetting to buy Natures Seasoning when I go to the store. I've never used it. It must be good, Cajunspices66 loves it.
