- Boneless chicken meat-500gm shopping list
- 1/2 Bunch Coriender Leaves-Chopped. shopping list
- 2 tsp cornflour. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp pepper Powder & Chilly Powder. shopping list
- 4-5 Number curry leaves-Chopped. shopping list
- 1 egg. shopping list
- 1/2 tsp ginger & garlic-Chopped. shopping list
- 2 tsp Ginger-garlic-Paste. shopping list
- 4-5 Number Green Chilli-Chopped. shopping list
- 2-3 Drops Red Colour(optional). shopping list
- oil to Fry. shopping list
- salt. shopping list
How to make it
- TO MAKE THE FRIED CHICKEN PIECES:
- Take Chicken Piece in a Bowl.
- Add Salt,1tsp Giger-Garlic paste.
- Add some Pepper Powder,Cornflour and mix it.
- Then Add 1 Egg and mix it completely.
- In a Frying Wok,Heat the oil & Fry the chicken pieces few at a time.
- Fry until light Golden Brown.
- Drain the oil.
- TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
- Heat 2-3 tsp Oil.Add Cumin Seed, Chopped Ginger Garlic and Saute it.
- Add Chopped Green Chillies,Curry leaves.
- Add 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste,Pepper Powder,Chilli Powder,Little Salt.
- Add the Red Colour to it and Cook for few min.
- Add some water and Add the Chicken to this Paste and toss lightly-stir.
- Add the Coriender Leaves and Serve.
