This dish is bit spicy.Goes perfectly with rice,bread.,chapatti,naan....i am sure kidz love it.my family loves it.

Ingredients
  • Boneless Chicken Meat-500gm
  • 1/2 Bunch Coriender Leaves-Chopped.
  • 2 tsp Cornflour.
  • 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds.
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper Powder & Chilly Powder.
  • 4-5 Number Curry Leaves-Chopped.
  • 1 Egg.
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger & Garlic-Chopped.
  • 2 tsp Ginger-Garlic-Paste.
  • 4-5 Number Green Chilli-Chopped.
  • 2-3 Drops Red Colour(optional).
  • Oil to Fry.
  • Salt.

Directions
  1. TO MAKE THE FRIED CHICKEN PIECES:
  2. Take Chicken Piece in a Bowl.
  3. Add Salt,1tsp Giger-Garlic paste.
  4. Add some Pepper Powder,Cornflour and mix it.
  5. Then Add 1 Egg and mix it completely.
  6. In a Frying Wok,Heat the oil & Fry the chicken pieces few at a time.
  7. Fry until light Golden Brown.
  8. Drain the oil.
  9. TO MAKE THE SAUCE:
  10. Heat 2-3 tsp Oil.Add Cumin Seed, Chopped Ginger Garlic and Saute it.
  11. Add Chopped Green Chillies,Curry leaves.
  12. Add 1 tsp Ginger-Garlic Paste,Pepper Powder,Chilli Powder,Little Salt.
  13. Add the Red Colour to it and Cook for few min.
  14. Add some water and Add the Chicken to this Paste and toss lightly-stir.
  15. Add the Coriender Leaves and Serve.
