How to make it

  • In a small bowl whisk together garlic, olive oil, vinegar, tarragon, mustard, honey, salt and pepper.
  • In a large bowl toss watercress with half the dressing and divide among 4 salad plates.
  • Arrange mushrooms on top of the watercress then drizzle with remaining dressing then sprinkle with nuts and serve immediately.
