Fancy Pork Chops

Tired of the same old pork chops; try this one for a different taste.
Ingredients
- 6 pork chops shopping list
- 1 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 2 large onions sliced into thin rings shopping list
- 6 T cooking sherry shopping list
- 1/4 cup soy sauce shopping list
- 3 T oil shopping list
- 1/2 tea garlic salt/pepper shopping list
- seasoned bread crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; meanwhile season pork chops and roll in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides then add chicken broth with rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour turning once. Thicken sauce with either corn starch or flour, serve over rice.

Well, I don't eat pork but my guess is that I could substitute chicken for the pork. Great recipe and it's got my 5!
