How to make it

  • Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat; meanwhile season pork chops and roll in bread crumbs. Brown on both sides then add chicken broth with rest of ingredients. Cover and simmer for 1 hour turning once. Thicken sauce with either corn starch or flour, serve over rice.

    Well, I don't eat pork but my guess is that I could substitute chicken for the pork. Great recipe and it's got my 5!
