- Crust for 10" pie pan shopping list
- 1 2/3 cup graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1/4 cup melted butter shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 16 oz cream cheese-room temp shopping list
- 3/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tea pure vanilla shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- Topping shopping list
- 16 oz sour cream shopping list
- 2 T sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tea vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 375
- Combine the ingredients for the crust and place in pie pan be sure to go up the sides. Bake for 8 min.
- Meanwhile in large bowl cream together cream cheese and sugar beating well, add eggs one at a time then vanilla.
- Pour on top of crust and bake for 20 minutes
- Combine ingredients for topping; pour over cheese cake increase heat to 475 and bake for 5 more minutes.
- Chill for several hours.
