Ingredients
  • 1 1/4 Lb. Boneless chicken Cubed
  • 2 medium onions cut into wedges
  • 1 green pepper cut into strips
  • 1 Lb. 13 oz. _1 can tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons mustard
  • 2 tbs. minced Garlic
  • 1 Tsp. Thyme
  • 1 Tsp rosemary
  • 1/2 Tsp. Pepper
  • 1/2 lb. Shrimp
  • 3 cups hot cooked rice

Directions
  1. Mix all ingredients except Shrimp and rice in a large saucepan
  2. Cover and bring to boil
  3. Simmer 45 minutes untill chicken is tender
  4. Add shrimp Heat 1 minute Serve with rice Makes 6 servings
