Chicken Gumbo

easy way to use leftover Chicken
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 Lb. Boneless chicken Cubed shopping list
- 2 medium onions cut into wedges shopping list
- 1 green pepper cut into strips shopping list
- 1 Lb. 13 oz. _1 can tomatoes shopping list
- 1/4 cup Worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 tablespoons mustard shopping list
- 2 tbs. minced garlic shopping list
- 1 Tsp. thyme shopping list
- 1 Tsp rosemary shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1/2 lb. shrimp shopping list
- 3 cups hot cooked rice shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients except Shrimp and rice in a large saucepan
- Cover and bring to boil
- Simmer 45 minutes untill chicken is tender
- Add shrimp Heat 1 minute Serve with rice Makes 6 servings
