This recipe is great for venison or even a cheaper cut of beef. It comes out tender every time and you have your vegetables included so there is only one pan to wash!

Ingredients
  • 1 3 pound roast of your choice
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 envelope of Lipton onion soup mix
  • A-1 sauce
  • 3 carrots-cubed
  • 3 potatoes-cubed
  • 1 onion-sliced

Directions
  1. Preheat oven 350* Line a 13x9 pan with enough foil to cover all ingredients tightly.
  2. Place roast in pan and top with A-1 sauce. Sprinkle the onion soup mix over the top of A-1 sauce. Spoon the soup on top and evenly over the roast; place the cut up veggies around and on top of roast if needed. Fold foil tight down and around the roast and veggies. Bake 350* for 2 1/2-3 hours.
