How to make it

  • Cut stewing beef in small cube pieces
  • Sprinkle meat tenderizer let stand for 30 min.
  • In plastic bag add flour and pepper coat meat pour into slow cooker
  • Add water, basil, parsley, ketchup ,Worcestershire sauce, beef bouillon, kitchen bouquet, Salt & garlic
  • Chop up onions, carrots, celery & potatoes add to slow cooker.
  • Scoop out 2 cups of liquid in bowl add corn starch mix well till smooth, pour back into pot. Pepper to taste
  • Cook on low for 8 to 10 hours
