How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350F
  • Rinse and dry chicken wings, set aside.
  • Combine soy sauce, sugar, garlic, ketchup, oil, & hot sauce and mix until sugar lumps are gone.
  • Spray a rectangular casserole dish with nonstick spray, and add chicken, skin side down.
  • Pour sauce over chicken, and bake for 60-90 minutes. Baste every 30 minutes or so.
  • Wings are done when they are dark brown and the sugar in the sauce starts caramelizing.
  • Sprinkle with onions and sesame seeds, serve hot over rice with lots of sauce, and eat!!
