Zesty Red Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients

6 medium red potatoes halved and thinly sliced

1 small white onion halved and thinly sliced

1/2 cup butter melted

1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

Arrange potatoes and onion in a square baking dish.

Combine butter, pepper flakes and salt then drizzle over potatoes and onion.

Cover and bake at 400 for 25 minutes then uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
