Another great potato recipe sure to please all. You can adjust the pepper flake measurement to your liking. We like spicy so I add a full teaspoon. Yummers.

Ingredients
- 6 medium red potatoes halved and thinly sliced
- 1 small white onion halved and thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup butter melted
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Directions
- Arrange potatoes and onion in a square baking dish.
- Combine butter, pepper flakes and salt then drizzle over potatoes and onion.
- Cover and bake at 400 for 25 minutes then uncover and bake 20 minutes longer.
