Tea Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

12 eggs

1 tsp anise seed

2 Tbsp soy sauce

5 Tbsp tea leaves

2 Tbsp salt

Directions

Boil the eggs 10 minutes in water, then take them out and roll them gently on the table in a cloth to crack the shells all over

Put the Anise seed, tea, salt, and soy sauce in boiling water.

Cook the eggs in this mix for 90 minutes on a very low flame.

There is no need to adjust the recipe to cook fewer eggs.
