How to make it
- Boil the eggs 10 minutes in water, then take them out and roll them gently on the table in a cloth to crack the shells all over
- Put the Anise seed, tea, salt, and soy sauce in boiling water.
- Cook the eggs in this mix for 90 minutes on a very low flame.
- There is no need to adjust the recipe to cook fewer eggs.
