This is "variation" of the Neiman Marcus Cookie recipe which there are several. EVERYBODY LOVES THEM!!

Ingredients
- 2 cups butter (room temperature)
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 4 eggs (room temperature)
- 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 4 cups flour
- 2 tsp soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 8 ounces of a chocalate bar, grated (I use reg and dark chocolate)
- 5 cups of Oatmeal, finely blended to a powder
- 24 ounces of chocolate chips (I use some dark)
- 3 cups of quartered pecans or chipped walnuts
Directions
- Cream the butter and both sugars
- Add eggs one at a time, add vanilla
- Mix together with flour, oatmeal, salt, baking powder and soda
- Add grated chocolate, choice of nuts and chips
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes,
- turning cookie sheet at five minutes
- Not suggested for Weightwatcher's meeting
