How to make it

  • {reheat oven 350*; grease two loaf pans.
  • Sift together dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add oil and eggs mixing well then pumpkin and pecans. Mix well and pour into the prepared loaf pans baking for about 55-60 until cake tester comes out done. Enjoy with some cream cheese or butter.
  • Can bake in 5 mini loaf pans-adjusting bake time.

    This looks like a Lovely recipe, I love pumpkin.. I would like to try whole wheat flour though.. maybe 1/2 WW 1/2 unbleached :)
