Pumpkin Bread Recipe

Ingredients

3 1/2 cup flour

3 cup sugar

1 tsp nutmeg

1 tsp cinnamon

1 tsp allspice

1/2 tsp baking powder

2 tsp baking soda

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 cup vegetable oil

4 eggs

1 16 oz can pumpkin

1/2 cup chopped pecans

Directions

{reheat oven 350*; grease two loaf pans.

Sift together dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add oil and eggs mixing well then pumpkin and pecans. Mix well and pour into the prepared loaf pans baking for about 55-60 until cake tester comes out done. Enjoy with some cream cheese or butter.

Can bake in 5 mini loaf pans-adjusting bake time.
