Oh my! This is the best banana pudding recipe I have ever had. It's so rich and creamy. Feeds allot and the cookie topping is yummie! Compliments of Paula Deen (need I say more?).

Ingredients
  • 2 bags Pepperidge Farm Chessmen cookies
  • 6-9 thin sliced bananas
  • 2 cups milk
  • 5 oz. box instant french vanilla pudding (you may have to buy 2 3 oz. boxes, the 5oz. is hard to find)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 14 oz. sweetened condensed mild
  • 12 oz. frozen whipped topping, thawed

Directions
  1. Line a 13X9 dish with 1 bag cookies.
  2. Place bananas on top
  3. Blend milk with pudding mix. Beat cream cheese and condesnsed milk together until smooth.
  4. Fold in whipped topping
  5. Add mixture to the pudding and stir until blended.
  6. Pour over bananas
  7. Cover the top with remaining cookies
  8. Refrigerate until served
