Reece Fudge Cookies

Love cookies and these are at the top of my list, got this recipe from a friend 4 yrs. ago! Wonderful taste.. what can I say... the cookie monster! lol
Ingredients
- 1 1/4 C. butter shopping list
- 2 C. sugar shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 2 t. vanilla shopping list
- 2 C. unsifted all purpose flour shopping list
- 3/4 C. Hershey's cocoa shopping list
- 1 t. baking soda shopping list
- 1/2 t. salt shopping list
- 2 C. Reese's peanut butter cups (I add 1/2 chocolate chips) shopping list
How to make it
- Cream butter and sugar in large bowl. Add eggs and vanilla; blend
- well. Combine flour, cocoa, baking soda and salt; blend into creamed
- mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto
- ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 for 8-9 minutes. Do not
- overbake, cookies will be soft. They will puff during baking,
- flatten upon cooking. Cool on cookie sheet until set about 1 minute;
- remove to wire rack to cool completely.
