Bears Ambrosia with Raspberry Sauce

- 3/4 cup of frozen raspberries, sweetened, thawed shopping list
- 12 ounce can of mandarin oranges shopping list
- 1 cup of sliced strawberries shopping list
- 3 Tbsp. raspberry or other fruit liqueur shopping list
- 1/2 cup blueberries shopping list
- 1/2 cup of toasted shredded coconut shopping list
- 4 kiwifruit peeled, sliced about 1/2 inch thick. shopping list
- 1 apple sliced or some melon slices shopping list
How to make it
- In a blender, combine raspberries and liqueur; puree until smooth.
- Evenly spoon the raspberry sauce onto four serving plates.
- Arrange kiwifruit, oranges, strawberries, apple, and blueberries on plates.
- Sprinkle each plate with toasted coconut and serve.
