How to make it

  • In a blender, combine raspberries and liqueur; puree until smooth.
  • Evenly spoon the raspberry sauce onto four serving plates.
  • Arrange kiwifruit, oranges, strawberries, apple, and blueberries on plates.
  • Sprinkle each plate with toasted coconut and serve.

    That is the nice thing about this recipe you can prety much but the flavors you like in it......have fun playing with it.
