- Crust shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup of zwieback toast or graham cracker crumbs shopping list
- 1/3 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1/3 cup sugar shopping list
- Filling shopping list
- 24 ounces cream cheese room temp shopping list
- 1 1/2 cup sugar shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 16 ounces sour cream shopping list
- 1 cup whipping cream shopping list
- 1 tsp vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 350* Spray bottom of springform pan
- Combine ingredients for crust; place on bottom of pan and bake 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile in large mixing bowl beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth then add eggs one at a time beating well after each. On low speed add in sour cream, whipping cream and vanilla last.
- Pour batter over crust and bake for one hour or until light brown but still shaky. Turn oven off and open the door just a tad; leave cheesecake in the oven for another hour. Cool completely then refrigerate overnight.
