How to make it
- Melt 11/2T butter in a saucepan. Add shallots and cook,stirring frequently,over high heat for 8 -10 mins,until golden brown;set aside. Melt the remaining butter in a skillet. Add the chops and cook over high heat for 5 mins on each side,or till cooked thru and juices have caamelized. Season chops with salt and pepper. Mix the thyme with the shallots and use to garnish chops.
