Sausage Lasagna Wraps Recipe

This was my Mothers recipe.I am not sure how long she had it but I got it in 2002. This is different and the kids loves it!

Ingredients
- 6 lasagna noodles
- 1 lb. Hillshire Farm smoked sausage
- 3 slices mozzarella cheese
- 1 (16-ounce) jar Italian cooking sauce
- grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- Preheat oven at 350F.
- Cook and drain noodles.
- Divide the sausage into 6 pieces.
- Split lengthwise and stuff each piece with 1/2 a slice of mozzarella cheese.
- Wrap each piece in a noodle.
- Place in a baking dish and cover with the cooking sauce.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
- Serve with Parmesan cheese.
