Homemade Tootsie Rolls

Great to make with your kids, they can help wrap each tootsie roll
Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons margarine, softened shopping list
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder shopping list
- 3 cups confectioners' sugar shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 3/4 cup instant powdered milk shopping list
- 1/2 cup white corn syrup shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Knead like you would for bread.
- Roll into rope shapes and cut into desired lengths.
- You can roll into candy wrappers from candy supply store or wax paper cut into small square, roll and twist ends.
