Simple pork tenderloin for the slow cooker with the taste of a fancy feast.. The roast soaks up the flavor of onion, red wine and garlic and makes a great au jus.

Recipe calls for cooking on low for 4 hours. I used my crock pot smart pot and cooked it on high for 4 hours. It was simply delectable.

Thanks for sharing this...I bookmarked it as a sure thing to try. I really appreciate new ideas for pork tenderloin! Especially since beef has gotten so off the top expensive.

Made this last night for a guest. Served with homemade applesauce & red cabbage. Very yummy--especially great mixed in with the red cabbage or applesauce--although not both at the same time :-)

I made this last night for a dinner party. First time trying this recipe. It was a complete success. I served it with homemade mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls. Pairing it with the Riesling as suggested made it absolutely perfect. I will definitely make this again!
