Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

- 1(2lb) pork tenderloin shopping list
- 1(1oz) envelope dry onion soup mix shopping list
- 1c water shopping list
- 3/4c red wine shopping list
- 3Tbs minced garlic shopping list
- 3Tbs soy sauce shopping list
- fresh ground black pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Place pork in slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water,wine and soy sauce over the top,turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork,leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper,cover, and cook on low setting 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

This pork loin is so tender it falls apart. It's pretty much a braised pork loin when all is said and done. I thickened the cooking liquid with corn starch to make a gravy and served it over jasmine rice. Rivals any restaurant pork loin. Yummy!
