How to make it

  • Place pork in slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet. Pour water, wine and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat. Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible. Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting 4 hours. Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.

Thanks for this. Gonna try it. I have about 1.6 lbs of sliced pork lion. Will that work?

Thank you so much for this recipe. I set a delay timer on my slow cooker and when I got home the aroma filling the house was intoxicating! So simple! Added my photo. Looking forward to making this again and possibly pulling the tenderloin apart and mixing with the gravy for "gourmet" pulled pork sandwiches.

This pork loin is so tender it falls apart. It's pretty much a braised pork loin when all is said and done. I thickened the cooking liquid with corn starch to make a gravy and served it over jasmine rice. Rivals any restaurant pork loin. Yummy!

Look what I found! I did a search for pork tenderloin and I found a Pieclare recipe posted 2 years ago :) My husband bought a big package of port tenderloin @ Cosco the other day and since I don't eat pork, I have been wondering how to prepare it without serving a dry overcooked piece of meat! .....this sounds easy and like something he will enjoy very much :) Thank you.

I made this last night for a dinner party. First time trying this recipe. It was a complete success. I served it with homemade mashed potatoes, green beans and rolls. Pairing it with the Riesling as suggested made it absolutely perfect. I will definitely make this again!

Made this last night for a guest. Served with homemade applesauce & red cabbage. Very yummy--especially great mixed in with the red cabbage or applesauce--although not both at the same time :-)
