Spinach Quiche Recipe

This recipe has stood the test of time being a staple at those morning coffees.

Ingredients
- 1 thawed package of Stouffers Spinach Souffle
- 2 eggs
- 3 T milk
- 2 tsp chopped onion
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 3/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage
- 3/4 cup cheese of choice
- 1 unbaked pie crust
Directions
- Preheat oven 400*
- In large mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check to make sure the center is set. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
