Spinach Quiche

This recipe has stood the test of time being a staple at those morning coffees.
Ingredients
- 1 thawed package of Stouffers spinach Souffle shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3 T milk shopping list
- 2 tsp chopped onion shopping list
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms shopping list
- 3/4 cup cooked crumbled sausage shopping list
- 3/4 cup cheese of choice shopping list
- 1 unbaked pie crust shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven 400*
- In large mixing bowl combine all the above ingredients and pour in unbaked pie shell. Bake 400 degrees for about 30 minutes. Check to make sure the center is set. Let sit for 5-10 minutes before cutting.
