Zucchini Cheese Casserole

- 3 cups zucchini thin sliced shopping list
- 2 cups grated mozzarella cheese shopping list
- 1 cup milk shopping list
- 3 beaten eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup melted butter shopping list
- 1 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1-1/2 cups cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Alternate zucchini and cheese in layers in buttered 2 quart casserole.
- Combine milk, eggs, butter and salt and pour over zucchini and cheese.
- Put cracker crumbs on top then bake uncovered at 325 for 35 minutes.
