How to make it

  • Alternate zucchini and cheese in layers in buttered 2 quart casserole.
  • Combine milk, eggs, butter and salt and pour over zucchini and cheese.
  • Put cracker crumbs on top then bake uncovered at 325 for 35 minutes.

    Yum, love veggie casseroles, I posted one that sound kinda wierd quite sometime ago, think it was called the Veg All Casserole. Got the recipe when I was working at the gym as an instructor, one of the members gave me the recipe, she said it was so good you could make a meal out of it, so I had to give it a try, it was REALLY good - have to say it's one of my stand bys now. You have my 5 on this one.
