This is my way of cooking apples. It is simple but good. Prep time, cook time may vary.

Ingredients
- 5 or 6 golden delicous apples
- 2 tablespoons sugar more or less
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 heavy saucepan
Directions
- Peel and core the apples and cut into chuncks.
- Mix all in a heavy saucepan.
- Cook stiring often to prevent sticking.
- Cook until apples are tender and liquid is absorbed.
