Ingredients
  • 1/2 French baguette, cut into 16 thin slices
  • 3 Tbl E.V.O.O
  • 1(6 oz.) pkg Chevre (goat) cheese
  • 2 Tbl finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes in herbs and oil
  • 1 tsp dried basil leaves
  • 5 to 6 drops hot pepper sauce or to taste

Directions
  1. Heat oven to 375
  2. Arrange bread on cookie sheet and brush with oil
  3. Bake at 375 for 10 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned
  4. Meanwhile in a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; blend well
  5. Remove bread slices from oven
  6. Spread with cheese mixture
  7. Return to oven; bake an additional 2 to 3 minutes or until heated through
  8. 16 appetizers
