Dirty Wings Aka Trashed Wings Recipe

The hot sauce is fried on to the wing! They aren't as hot as traditional hot wings, but they are packed with flavor! This is a must have at any get together! Great reheated!

Ingredients
- 5 pounds chicken wings & drummies, thawed but not rinsed
- 3 bottles Syberg's Wing Sauce
- 1 large bottle of cooking oil
Directions
- Heat deep fryer to 375 degrees.
- Flash fry wings for 10 seconds.
- Remove wings and coat with sauce.
- Place wings back in oil and fry for 8 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels before serving.
- Hint: Don't fry too many at once or they will be soggy and greasy! In a medium size fryer I usually fry 4-5 at a time. It takes a while, but it is well worth the effort.
