Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup beef broth
  • 2 garlic cloves,minced
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 med red bell pepper,cut into strips
  • 1 med yellow pepper,cut into strips
  • 1 med green pepper,cut into strips
  • 1 small oinion,thinly sliced
  • 1 tblsp olive oil
  • 1 min steak(about 3/4 lb)
  • 1 tblsp cornstarch blended with 2 tblsp water

Directions
  1. In a medium saucepan,bring broth,garlic,oregano,and black pepper toa boil over med high heat.
  2. add the bell peppers and oinion,return to boil
  3. reduce heat to low,cover and simmer for 5 min
  4. Meanwhile,In a med nonstick skillet,warm the oil over med-high heat
  5. Add steak and cook until browned,about 3 min per side
  6. Transfer to a plate and cover loosely with foil to keep warm
  7. return the pepper -onion mixure toa boil over med-high heat
  8. stirn in cornstarch mixture,and cook,stirring constantly,unjtil mixture thickens slightly,about 1 min
  9. cut steak into serving portions and serve topped with peppers and oinion
