Ingredients
  • 7 cups any healthy unsweetened or very lightly sweetened crunchy cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups dried fruits (one kind or a mixture)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 cup brown rice syrup
  • 3/4 cup any natural nut butter
  • 2 tbsp. margarine

Directions
  1. Stir together cereal, fruits, and cinnamon in a very large bowl.
  2. In a pot on medium heat, melt syrup, nut butter, and margarine together, stirring almost constantly.
  3. Pour this over your cereal mixture, and stir it up until there's no dry bits left.
  4. Press into a 9x9 inch pan, and freeze at least 45 minutes to set. I usually leave it in the freezer overnight, but I don't think it makes much difference.
  5. Depending on the type of cereal you use, it might come over the top of your pan a bit. You could use a 9x13 pan if you want thinner bars.
  6. Cut into bars & gobble it up! :)
