Crunchy No-bake Cereal Bars

- 7 cups any healthy unsweetened or very lightly sweetened crunchy cereal or a combination of different cereals shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups dried fruits (one kind or a mixture) shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 3/4 cup brown rice syrup shopping list
- 3/4 cup any natural nut butter shopping list
- 2 tbsp. margarine shopping list
How to make it
- Stir together cereal, fruits, and cinnamon in a very large bowl.
- In a pot on medium heat, melt syrup, nut butter, and margarine together, stirring almost constantly.
- Pour this over your cereal mixture, and stir it up until there's no dry bits left.
- Press into a 9x9 inch pan, and freeze at least 45 minutes to set. I usually leave it in the freezer overnight, but I don't think it makes much difference.
- Depending on the type of cereal you use, it might come over the top of your pan a bit. You could use a 9x13 pan if you want thinner bars.
- Cut into bars & gobble it up! :)
