Ingredients

1 cup Martha White Buttermilk corn meal mix, filled to the top

1/4 cup canola oil

1 cup buttermilk

1 medium size iron skillet

Directions

Mix together corn meal, oil and buttermilk.

Spray bottom of iron skillet with pam and add a little oil.

Pour the corn bread mixture in the skillet.

Place in 400 degree oven for about 25 minutes or until golden brown.
