Crunchy Jumble Cookies

These are very crunchy and very tasty. I make these when I need a quick treat for the office or Church. Always well received. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 cup all-purpose flour shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 cup butter softened shopping list
- 1 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract shopping list
- 2 cups crisped rice cereal shopping list
- 6 ounce package semisweet chocolate morsels shopping list
How to make it
- Sift together flour, baking soda and salt then set aside.
- Measure margarine and sugar into large mixing bowl then beat until well blended and smooth.
- Add egg and vanilla then beat well.
- Add sifted dry ingredients then mix until combined.
- Stir in cereal and chocolate morsels.
- Drop by teaspoonsful onto lightly greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
- Remove immediately from baking sheets onto brown paper.
