How to make it

  • Roughly chop the cantaloupe and puree in a blender with the wine. Pass through a fine mesh strainer. Chill. Stem and slice the strawberries and mix with red wine, sugar and mint. Mix cantaloupe with berry mixture. Ladle into chilled bowls. Serve with a dollop of yogurt
