Cantaloupe Soup

- CHILL TIME 30-1hr shopping list
- -------------------------- shopping list
- 1 large cantaloupe or 2 small cantaloupes (peeled and seeded) shopping list
- 1/2 cup of any sweet white dessert wine shopping list
- 1 pint fresh strawberries shopping list
- 1/4 cup red wine shopping list
- 1 tablespoon sugar shopping list
- 2 fresh mint sprigs, cut into julienne strips shopping list
- 1/4 cup Greek yogurt shopping list
How to make it
- Roughly chop the cantaloupe and puree in a blender with the wine. Pass through a fine mesh strainer. Chill. Stem and slice the strawberries and mix with red wine, sugar and mint. Mix cantaloupe with berry mixture. Ladle into chilled bowls. Serve with a dollop of yogurt
