Ingredients
  • CHILL TIME 30-1hr
  • --------------------------
  • 1 large cantaloupe or 2 small cantaloupes (peeled and seeded)
  • 1/2 cup of any sweet white dessert wine
  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 1/4 cup red wine
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 fresh mint sprigs, cut into julienne strips
  • 1/4 cup Greek yogurt

Directions
  1. Roughly chop the cantaloupe and puree in a blender with the wine. Pass through a fine mesh strainer. Chill. Stem and slice the strawberries and mix with red wine, sugar and mint. Mix cantaloupe with berry mixture. Ladle into chilled bowls. Serve with a dollop of yogurt
