Orange Balsamic Dressing Recipe

Ingredients

1 tsp fresh orange zest

3 tbsp fresh orange juice

2 tbsp olive oil

2 tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 tsp fresh chopped basil

1 tsp fresh chopped mint

1/4 tsp salt or to taste

1/4 cup cold water or to taste - We don't like our dressing too tart

Directions

Whisk all ingredients together in a small bowl. Refrigerate until needed.

Sounds very good. I have recently started using orange juice in my dressings. I used to always use lemon juice.
