California Chicken Salad

This is a wonderful chicken salad for a lunch or a shower with the girls. Use it as a filling for sandwiches....pile on a croissant, add sliced avocado, tomato, lettuce and bacon. Out of sight!
Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves, cooked and chopped shopping list
- 2 stalks celery, chopped shopping list
- 2/3 cup sliced almonds shopping list
- 1/2 cup vidalia onion, chopped shopping list
- 1 cup seedless grapes, red ones, halved shopping list
- tarragon, to taste shopping list
- mayonnaise, to taste shopping list
- lemon juice, to taste shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all together and make dressing using Kraft mayonnaise thinned with a little fresh lemon juice. Pour over salad, toss, then add tarragon and salt to taste.
