Ingredients
- 4 boneless chicken breast halves
- 1 pound bacon
Directions
- Wrap chicken completely in bacon
- place in 350 f oven for about half an hour
- broil for five mts at end to crisp bacon
- Try including veggies in wrap like tomatoes and onions
- be creative
- good served with a salad or fresh salsa and rice

You can wrap any way you like. You could even do a mock up of scallops wrapped in bacon. Now you got me thinking... :-)
