How to make it

  • Combine everything and add enough breadcrumbs to bind mixture.
  • Form into patties. These may be made ahead of time and chilled.
  • Tip: chilling recommended so patties hold together better
  • They fry in hot oil until golden on both sides. Turning carefully
  • Serve with tarter sauce or mango mayo
  • Note: by changing the herbs and spices ( example add cilantro , ginger ) one can easily change flavor

    I love Salmon Cakes with a passion. Sara's Mom made these when I was a kid and she made the best ever. Still can't get them like hers. SO I'm going to try yours. :) Big 5 For you KIDDO!
