How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 F. Place chicken in a baking pan. In a small bowl, mix the oil, vinegar, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Brush chicken with mixture and bake 30 to 40 minutes until tender, basting occasionally.
  • Melt butter in a saucepan over low heat. Stir in flour and spices and simmer 5 minutes. Stir in stock, increase heat and cook until sauce comes to a boil. Add cream and heat but do not boil.
  • In a separate pan, melt 1 tbsp. butter and sate mushrooms lightly. Place chicken breasts on plates; top with mushrooms and paprika sauce. Garnish with red pepper and parsley. Noodles are the traditional side dish but this is also good with rice.
