Ingredients

How to make it

  • In large pan, heat olive oil
  • Add vegetables and saute for 2 -3 minutes
  • Add dried herbs and spices and stir well
  • Add tomato paste and cook for a minute or 2
  • Add clam juice and crushed tomatoes
  • Bring back to a simmer
  • Add beans, chocolate, parsley and cilantro (I don't like cilantro so I always use all parsley)
  • Add cod and cook a minute or 2
  • Add scallops and cook another minute or so
  • Add shrimp and cook until seafood is done
