Ingredients

500 gr. mushrooms

2 tbs lemon juice

2 sprigs of fresh thyme or 2 tsp dry

3 tbs olive oil

1/2 cup dry white wine

1 shallot chopped

2 cloves garlic squashed

Directions

In a shallow oven proof pan, place the mushrooms sliced and pour the rest of the ingredients over them.

Place in the oven on a medium height at 160 C. and bake for 45-50 minutes.

Yes, we did try this recipe and it was great. We both loved it and will use it often. We did have it with some pasta and, as stated above it will be great as an appetizer too. Thanks for the great easy recipe.
