Ingredients

How to make it

  • Mix vinegar, oil, oregano, sugar, mustard, salt, pepper and garlic.
  • Carefully place sliced peppers and tomatoes into a resealable freezer bag or glass dish
  • Pour mixture over vegetables
  • Cover and refrigerate 1 hour to blend flavors
  • Line a serving plate with spinach leaves
  • Drain vegetables; arrange on spinach
  • Sprinkle with cheese
  • Note: Color of peppers is your choice
  • Note: Leftovers can be tossed with pasta and served hot or cold

    This will go great this weeekend with my BBQ haveing a few military buddies up at the ranch going to cook every meal on the smoker, open fire, and BBQ.....ok so I might cheet a little I have a gas powered Blender......hahahahahahaha so this will go great ....THANK YOU
