Shrimp Scampi With Angel Hair Pasta Recipe

Delicious combination of eastern and western flavors.

Ingredients
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 1 lb raw, shelled devained shrimp
- 2 tbs chopped garlic
- 1 tbs basil
- 2 tbs toasted sesame oil
- 1 tbs toasted sesame seeds
Directions
- Cook pasta in salted boiling water
- brown garlic and sesame seeds in olive oil
- add shrimp
- saute till shrimp is pink and you have a nice light brown sauce in bottom of pan
- add basil and sesame oil
- add cooked pasta and toss
- Serve with a nice green salad. This is absolutely delicious.
