Balsamic Vinegar Reduction Recipe

Ingredients

2 cups Balsamic Vinegar (make sure you use a good one like Modena)

1/4 Cup sugar

pinch of salt

Directions

Over medium high heat bring to a rolling boil - stir until sugar is dissolved and continue to cook until reduced to 1/3 - 1/4 cup this is very potent and a little goes a long way - I love to serve it over fresh cut strawberries with a dolpe of fresh whip cream!!!!!
