Veggie Squares

- 2 Pillsbury crescent roll tubes shopping list
- 8 oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise shopping list
- garlic powder to taste (1 tbsp. or more) shopping list
- dill weed or fresh dill (1 tbsp. or more) shopping list
- broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, red pepper and carrots, chopped very finely shopping list
- 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, very finely shredded shopping list
How to make it
- Bring dough to room temperature.
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Remove both tubes of dough and pat onto a cookie sheet to form a crust. If patted down the way it should be it should almost cover the entire cookie sheet. Bake the crust at 350 for approximately 10 minutes or until done. Let cool.
- Mix the cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder and dill. Spread onto the completely cooled crust. Mix the veggies together and cover the cheese with veggies. Sprinkle the finely shredded cheese on top. Refrigerate until serving time. Cut into squares and enjoy as an appetizer.
