Ingredients
  • 2 Pillsbury Crescent Roll tubes
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • garlic powder to taste (1 tbsp. or more)
  • dill weed or fresh dill (1 tbsp. or more)
  • broccoli, cauliflower, green pepper, red pepper and carrots, chopped very finely
  • 1/2 cup cheddar cheese, very finely shredded

Directions
  1. Bring dough to room temperature.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 F.
  3. Remove both tubes of dough and pat onto a cookie sheet to form a crust. If patted down the way it should be it should almost cover the entire cookie sheet. Bake the crust at 350 for approximately 10 minutes or until done. Let cool.
  4. Mix the cream cheese, mayo, garlic powder and dill. Spread onto the completely cooled crust. Mix the veggies together and cover the cheese with veggies. Sprinkle the finely shredded cheese on top. Refrigerate until serving time. Cut into squares and enjoy as an appetizer.

This sounds good. I'm in search of a potluck appetizer. This sounds perfect. Thank you.

This Sounds Terrific!

I love these too. We would have a "fight" over these!

OMG... my mom calls this "veggie pizza" and I love it to bits! I haven't had it in years b/c my son can't have packaged crescent rolls.... I may just have to find a substitute!
