  • Crust:
  • 1 1/2 cups Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs
  • 3/4 cup butter, melted
  • Filling:
  • 1 tbls olive oil
  • 1 bunch green onions, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • Cheesecake
  • 4 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup cream
  • 1 cup smoked Gouda cheese, grated
  • 1 lb crab meat, cooked
  • .

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Crust
  3. Combine ingredients and press into bottom of 12-inch spring-form pan
  4. Filling
  5. Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, peppers, salt and pepper
  6. Cook until tender
  7. Cheesecake
  8. With hand mixer, beat cream cheese and eggs until thick and frothy Beat in cream, Gouda, cooked vegetables and crab
  9. Beat until creamy
  10. Pour filling over crust
  11. Bake for 1hour, 15 minutes
  12. Cool to room temp
  13. Serve with crackers or toasted baguettes
