How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350
  • Crust
  • Combine ingredients and press into bottom of 12-inch spring-form pan
  • Filling
  • Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, peppers, salt and pepper
  • Cook until tender
  • Cheesecake
  • With hand mixer, beat cream cheese and eggs until thick and frothy Beat in cream, Gouda, cooked vegetables and crab
  • Beat until creamy
  • Pour filling over crust
  • Bake for 1hour, 15 minutes
  • Cool to room temp
  • Serve with crackers or toasted baguettes
