Savory Cheesecake with Crab

- Crust: shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs shopping list
- 3/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 1 tbls olive oil shopping list
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 red bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp pepper shopping list
- cheesecake shopping list
- 4 8oz. pkgs. cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1/2 cup cream shopping list
- 1 cup smoked gouda cheese, grated shopping list
- 1 lb crab meat, cooked shopping list

How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350
- Crust
- Combine ingredients and press into bottom of 12-inch spring-form pan
- Filling
- Heat oil in skillet. Add onions, peppers, salt and pepper
- Cook until tender
- Cheesecake
- With hand mixer, beat cream cheese and eggs until thick and frothy Beat in cream, Gouda, cooked vegetables and crab
- Beat until creamy
- Pour filling over crust
- Bake for 1hour, 15 minutes
- Cool to room temp
- Serve with crackers or toasted baguettes
