Pumpkin Butter Pecan Dessert Recipe

This is my son's favourite dessert, so I make it every Thanksgiving. It is so easy and so delicious!

Ingredients
- 1 large can pumpkin
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup evaporated milk
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. ginger
- 1/8 tsp. cloves
- 1/8 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 large butter pecan cake mix
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/2 cup melted butter or margarine
Directions
- Preheated oven to 350 F. Mix first 9 ingredients into a greased 13" x 9" pan. Sprinkle with dry cake mix, then nuts, then drizzle melted butter or margarine over all. Bake for 60 minutes at 350 F. Garnish with whipped crean and pecans.
