Shredded Picante Beef In The Crockpot Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pound beef roast trimmed
  • 1 quart spicy tomato juice
  • 2 cups mild salsa
  • 1 tablespoon beef bouillon

Directions
  1. Brown roast on all sides.
  2. Season liberally with salt and pepper then place in crock pot.
  3. Pour tomato juice, salsa and bouillon over roast then cook on high for 1 hour.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours.
  5. Shred beef and serve over Spanish rice.
