Another great recipe fromy my friend Bethany. This is saucy, tender and very flavorful. Enjoy

Ingredients
  • 3 pound beef roast trimmed
  • 1 bottle good quality white wine
  • 4 tablespoons herbs de provence
  • Water

Directions
  1. Brown roast on all sides.
  2. Season liberally with salt and pepper then place in crock pot.
  3. Pour wine and herbs over roast and cook on high for 1 hour.
  4. Reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours.
  5. Serve over egg noodles.
