White Wine Herbs de Provence Beef

- 3 pound beef roast trimmed shopping list
- 1 bottle good quality white wine shopping list
- 4 tablespoons herbs de provence shopping list
- water shopping list
How to make it
- Brown roast on all sides.
- Season liberally with salt and pepper then place in crock pot.
- Pour wine and herbs over roast and cook on high for 1 hour.
- Reduce heat to low and cook 8 hours.
- Serve over egg noodles.
