Wonderful recipe for a great grilled steak! Using flank or london broil and the 24 hour marinade, these will come off the grill, tender and tasty...No A1 needed, I promise.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs flank steak or london broil
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- Fresh Ground pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Directions
- Score steak by making crisscross cuts on the surface on both sides of the meat.
- Mix ingredients for marinade and pour over steak.
- Marinate steak overnight in ziplock bags in the refrigerator.
- Grill as desired and slice on the diagonal.
- Delicious.
- I serve with blue cheese crumbles or pure horseradish!!!
