A sweet n juicy chicken. Can be baked, or prepared in a rotisserie or on the grill. using indirect heating method.

Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 1/2 tablespoons honey
- 4 tablespoons melted margarine
Directions
- Mix garlic,salt and pepper.Rub into chicken.
- In small bowl beat yolk with honey n margarine.
- Brush over chicken.
- Bake at 325 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
- Basting chicken with honey mixture as it bakes.
