Parmesan Potatoe Wedges

- 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese - fresh if possible. shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1 tsp garlic powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 4 potatoes, unpeeled if young potatoes shopping list
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil shopping list
How to make it
- Bake at 400 degrees
- In a plastic bag, combine first 5 ingredients. Cut each potatoe into 4 or 8 wedges depending on size of potatoe. Cover wedges with oil and then shake in cheese mixture.
- Place on a baking sheet and bake till done. We like our slightly crispy.
