Ingredients
- One pound frozen corn
- 3 Tablespoons Smart Balance spread or butter
- 1/2 tsp crushed minced garlic or 1/4 tsp dry
- 1/4 tsp onion powder or some fresh minced to taste
- 1 tsp mild curry powder or fav blend
- 1 tsp honey
- salt to taste
- option: 4oz plain yogurt
- (the curry mix I use
- equal parts of ground dry mustard seed, turmeric powder, ground coriander, ground cumin, ground cloves)
Directions
- In large saute pan on high heat melt butter
- add corn and all else
- toss on high heat until all mixed and hot about 10 mts tops.
- if using yogurt let stand off heat for a minute or two then mix yogurt in thoroughly
- Serve immediately
